Direct-Application Squeeze Tubes for Eye Cream and Lip Care
This empty cosmetic squeeze tube pairs a compressible body with a direct-application tip and a protective cap. Use the 10 mL configuration as a starting point for eye cream, eye gel, lip gloss or lip balm development. For a different application feel, compare Boyu’s eye cream tube range et 20 mL tube with a metal massage applicator.
Reference volumes 5–25 mL | MOQ 10,000 pieces | Custom options Tube color, tip, cap and decoration subject to sample approval.

Choose the Tip and Tube for Your Formula
Match the orifice to the dose
Bring the actual formula to sampling. A low-viscosity gel may dispense too quickly through a larger opening, while a thicker cream or balm can require more squeeze force. Compare tip shapes and orifices using filled samples at expected use temperatures. Record the dose over several squeezes, application feel and any product left around the opening after recapping.
Confirm contact materials and barrier needs
Ask for the exact tube layer structure, tip material and cap construction. A PE-based tube can be evaluated for squeeze feel and recovery. If the formulation is sensitive to oxygen or moisture loss, compare a suitable laminate construction using filled samples. For oily or fragranced formulas, check for swelling, softening, discoloration, odor transfer and cap-fit changes over the intended stability program.
Customization and Artwork Approval
Send a color reference, vector artwork and finish requirements. Approve the color and finish on the intended tube material, since a frosted effect can alter how a color or logo appears. Use a size-specific dieline to confirm the seam, front-facing artwork, printable area and clear space for the tail seal and lot code. Approve the tube, cap and applicator as one assembled sample before ordering.

Filling, Sealing and Quality Checks
Run a trial on the intended filling line
Confirm the incoming tube orientation and whether the tip and cap will arrive preassembled. For open-tail filling, share the filler model, nozzle dimensions, target fill weight, sealing method and lot-code position. Establish acceptable headspace and keep product out of the sealing area. Use a pilot run to check filling repeatability, seal alignment and seal integrity.
Approve a filled reference sample
Agree on inspection criteria for applicator seating, cap engagement, finish and artwork registration. Assess squeeze force, dose consistency and cap leakage after storage in the intended orientations. Run handling and transport trials with the final carton configuration, and record the approved sample and test conditions so production lots can be evaluated against the same reference.
Request a Quote and Production Samples
Send your RFQ through Page de contact de Boyu Packaging. Include target volume and fill weight, formulation type and viscosity if available, preferred tip and cap, body finish, artwork, quantity, filling method and destination. Ask for sample and production timing by milestone, any tooling or decoration charges, proposed packing, carton dimensions and shipping terms.
Questions fréquentes
Can I use the same tip for an eye gel and a lip balm?
Trial the two formulas separately. Their flow, squeeze force and residue can differ even at the same fill volume. Approve the orifice and application feel for each formula before locking the specification.
Are all six volumes available with the same applicator?
The reference lists six nominal volumes. Request a size-specific drawing and assembled sample to confirm the body, tip and cap combination for each size.
Quelle est la quantité minimale de commande ?
The MOQ is 10,000 pieces. If your order includes several sizes, colors or artworks, list the quantity per configuration in your RFQ for review.
