For water-based mists, check the spread and wetness at the intended use distance. Validate formulas containing solubilizers, oils, suspended solids or film-forming ingredients for uneven spray, blockage or residue after storage. Check the spray again after the filled sample has been left unused.

Fragrance and solvent-containing formulas

Provide the actual formula and its intended storage conditions so the PET grade and pump materials can be evaluated together. Request the material list for wetted parts, including dip tube, gasket, valve and any exposed metal. Agree a filled-pack test for odor and color change, mass loss, softening, stress cracking, leakage and spray performance. Assess materially different fragrance or solvent blends separately. 100 mL Fill, Flat Profile and Line Fit

Specify the commercial net fill, brimful capacity and working headspace separately. Include pump displacement when reviewing fill height. Test the bottle in the filler, capper, labeler and cartoning equipment. 1. Approve the empty assembly

Export Packing and Order Planning

Confirm whether the bottle, sprayer and cap ship assembled or separately. Request units per carton, carton dimensions, gross weight and pallet configuration if applicable.
