US fluid-ounce sizes should be quoted separately when required. Four US fluid ounces is approximately 118ml and six US fluid ounces is approximately 177ml; they are not identical to 100ml and 200ml. Confirm nominal fill, brimful capacity and label declaration before ordering.

Suitable Formulas and Compatibility

These bottles are designed for compatible low-viscosity liquids such as facial mist, toner, hair mist, body mist, light room spray and selected personal-care formulations. Fine-mist pumps are not intended for thick lotion, gel, suspended powder, glitter or high-particle products because these may clog the nozzle or prevent consistent atomization.

Compatibility must be checked using the complete formula. Alcohol level, fragrance oil, essential oil, solvent, pH, surfactants and active ingredients can affect PET, the gasket, dip tube, spring and valve. A product that appears stable for several days may still show stress cracking, swelling, discoloration, leakage or spray changes after longer storage. Filled-product testing is therefore recommended before mass production.

Fine-Mist Sprayer Performance

The sprayer draws liquid through the dip tube, meters a small dose and forces it through the nozzle to form droplets. Performance is influenced by the actuator, engine, nozzle geometry, output, dip-tube internal diameter and formula viscosity.

Cross-threading, insufficient torque, an unsuitable gasket, a loose dip tube or product attacking internal seals can all cause leakage.

The standard clear body can be customized in transparent tints, translucent colors or solid colors, subject to material and order requirements. Provide a Pantone reference and approve a physical sample because resin, bottle thickness and lighting can influence the final appearance.

CE marking is generally not a universal certification for an ordinary empty cosmetic bottle, and RoHS is not automatically the main compliance framework for conventional packaging. “BPA-free,” EU compliance or other claims should only be stated when supported by applicable documentation for the final components. Packaging, Shipping and After-Sales

Bottles and sprayers can be packed separately or assembled according to the filling line. Export cartons, inner bags and dividers are selected according to bottle size and decoration. Final pieces per carton, carton dimensions, gross weight and volume are confirmed after the exact SKU is approved.

Samples may ship by DHL, FedEx, UPS or another courier. Bulk orders can move by sea, air, rail or the buyer’s nominated forwarder. If a quality concern is found, retain batch labels, carton information, quantities, photos and videos so the cause and corrective solution can be reviewed efficiently.

PET bottles are recyclable where suitable collection and processing systems exist. A multi-material sprayer may need to be separated according to local rules. PCR PET options can be discussed if clarity, color, formula compatibility and destination-market requirements allow them. Reuse is possible only when the package remains undamaged and the brand establishes suitable cleaning, drying and hygiene instructions; repeated pump performance should also be evaluated.

Can the bottle hold alcohol-based products?

Potentially, but the alcohol level and complete formula must be tested with the bottle, gasket, spring, dip tube and sprayer. Do not approve the package from PET material name alone.

Can you customize the bottle and pump colors?
