Is PET safe and environmentally responsible?
Cosmetic-grade PET is widely used for personal-care packaging. Material declarations or test documents should be requested according to the destination market and the buyer’s compliance plan. PET is technically recyclable, but actual collection and recycling depend on local infrastructure. The bottle may also be refilled when the formula, cleaning method and pump remain hygienically suitable; it should not be marketed as indefinitely reusable without a validated reuse system.
Color, logo and finish customization
Bottle color
Choose transparent, translucent or opaque color. For a custom shade, provide a Pantone reference, physical color chip or approved sample. PET color can look different when filled, so evaluate it with the actual formula whenever possible.
Logo decoration
Silk screen printing gives a durable, direct-to-bottle result for simple spot colors. Hot stamping creates a metallic accent. Complex graphics may require a label, sleeve or another printing method after artwork review.

Is a new mold required?
Usually not when you select an existing 150ml, 250ml or 300ml bottle and standard compatible pump. A new mold may be required if you change the bottle silhouette, neck finish, capacity, base structure, embossing or another structural feature. Mold cost, sample stages and lead time are quoted separately after a 2D drawing or detailed design brief is reviewed.
For a standard existing design, a typical OEM project moves from component confirmation and sampling to a mass-production window of approximately 30–45 days after final sample and artwork approval. Custom molding adds drawing, tooling and trial-sample stages. Timing varies with decoration complexity, component availability, order volume and peak-season capacity; the confirmed purchase order schedule takes priority.
