Specify the Dispensing Performance First

Ask for the internal mechanism drawing and evaluate priming, dose consistency, actuation force, leakage and residual product with your intended formula. A supplier’s airless label does not establish zero oxygen exposure, sterility or a shelf-life extension.

AS + PP Construction and Formula Compatibility

The source identifies an AS body and collar with a PP base. This is a starting material description, not a complete component declaration: request the product-contact chamber, piston or other moving element, valve, seal and pump-path materials. Do not assume that an AS exterior is the only material contacting the formula.

Assess the actual serum, lotion or cream for changes in odor, color, viscosity and appearance, and inspect the pack for swelling, cracking, discoloration and leakage. Include the expected storage temperatures and orientations in the validation plan. Transparent and opaque color versions may need separate appearance and formula-protection reviews.

Compact 20 mL Format and Range Development

4. Production release
